If you can’t visit a branch, some banks accept BVN update requests via email.

Not all banks support this, but it's worth checking before heading to the bank.
After Updating Your BVN Info
You may need to wait 24–72 hours for the BVN updates to reflect across the financial system. Once that’s done, try signing up again on Scorewise. You should now be able to receive the OTP without issues.
